Shipping Options

All TIZO orders are sent by way of ground shipping. Orders ship Monday-Friday. Orders placed over the weekend, or on observed holidays, will ship the next business day.

Returns

Returns are allowed within 30 days of shipping. If you are not 100% satisfied with your TIZO purchase, please email us at info. Please include your order number in the subject of your email, and a detailed description of the problem in the email body. A customer service representative will be in touch with a solution.
