Returns are allowed within 7 days of delivery. If you are not 100% satisfied with your TIZO purchase, please email us at info@tizoskin.com.sg.

Please include your order number in the subject of your email, and a detailed description of the problem in the email body.

A customer service representative will be in touch with a solution. You are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is a result of a product defect or our error.
